Final Exam

Quizzes and exams: Quizzes (10 min.) will be given occasionally (on Thursdays- see schedule above) to encourage keeping up with the reading assignments and learning the concepts and vocabulary.  Exams will have two parts, a multiple choice section and an essay section.  Essay questions will be taken from a pool of questions to be distributed well before the exam.  The course grade will be based on laboratory exercises, the collected quiz grades, the two hour exams, and the final exam.
